- Blue candy melts
- White candy melts
- Black gel food coloring
- Edible candy eyes
- Lollipop sticks
Instructions:
As directed on the package, bake the chocolate cake and allow it to cool completely
Crumble the cooled cake into fine crumbs in a large bowl
Mix the chocolate frosting thoroughly with the cake crumbs after adding it
For the cake pops, form the mixture into tiny shark fin shapes
Melt blue candy in a bowl that is safe to use in the microwave, following the directions on the package
To ensure an even coating, dip each cake pop into the melted blue candy melts
Allow any extra coating to fall off
Place each cake pop on a tray lined with parchment paper and insert a lollipop stick into each one
Dip one end of the cake pop at an angle and use melted white candy to create the shark's mouth
To make the shark's eyes, place edible candy eyes on the white candy melt area
On the white candy melt section, draw gills and a mouth using black gel food coloring
