Ingredients:
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup creamy Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
Over medium heat, mix the heavy cream, whole milk, and granulated sugar in a saucepan
Keep cooking until the sugar melts and the mixture is warm, but not boiling
Take it off the heat and mix in the vanilla extract, salt, grated Parmesan cheese, and creamy Greek yogurt until everything is well mixed
After the mixture has cooled down completely, put it in an ice cream maker and churn it according to the machine's instructions until it becomes soft-serve
Put the ice cream in a container that can go in the freezer
Freeze it for at least 4 hours, or until it is firm
