Ingredients:
- 2 lbs beef stew meat
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 carrots, chopped
- 2 celery stalks, chopped
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups cauliflower florets
Instructions:
Put beef stew meat, onion, garlic, carrots, celery, beef broth, diced tomatoes, tomato paste, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper in a slow cooker
