Easy Walnut Parmesan



This vegan walnut parmesan is a delightful alternative to traditional parmesan cheese. It's perfect for sprinkling on pasta, salads, soups, and more, adding a rich nutty flavor to your dishes.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 3 tablespoons nutritional yeast
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions:

In a food processor, combine walnuts, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, and salt

Pulse until a fine crumb consistency is achieved, being careful not to over-process

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks
